It is a sustained procedure. The more the business extends, the greater is the pressing on the business to get more efficient ways of communication- both with the employees and with the world outside. Every business communication , whether written or oral, should be logically structured , i.e.,it should have a positive beginning, a good body(content), and an effective end. Be it a business letter or business words, the communicating should begin in such a manner that the audience have good interest and pays attention to the message. The content of the communication should presents the core message of communication. The communication should finish in such a manner that the audience knows what is expected of them and they have the jist of the message.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   2. Accurate means of communication should be used- a means which take into reference time and price constraints. Alternative of appropriate communication channel also depends upon the amount of formality involved and the speed of feedback taken.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   3. Business communication should be articulate and brief. Use of ambiguous words should be deflected. Option of words should be such that it overcomes cultural differences.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   4. Business communication should be influencing and telling.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   5. Business communication should be courteous. Well-mannered and considerate behavior is essence of business communication.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   6. A good body language should be practiced . For instance, during meetings and interviews, maintain a frequent eye link, give a pleasing smile , make all feel cozy, etc.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   7. Feedback is an integral element of business communicating. Without feedback, it will be impossible to experience whether the receiver has seen the message in same terms as intended.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   8. Try utilising more of ‘’You" rather than "I" in business communicating. The audience or the recipients of the message should be given grandness.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   9. Be an effective listener . The quality of communication amends if one is a good listener. One should mind positively, should be open-minded and attentive.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  10. The facts of business communicating should not be partial, i.e., they should be complete. The receiver of the message might get upset or might take a wrongly action if facts are pending.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;  11.
